Happy Friday! This week has had lots of ups and downs, and I’m so glad it is Friday. It has been a great week for books, in contrast to the first few weeks of the year when I was really struggling to finish things and didn’t love the books I had read. I participated in our second instalment if the Off the Grid readathon and managed to read most of the TBR I set for myself! In addition, the TBR I set was amazing because they’re all 4.5-5 star reads.
Happy Friday! It has been a roller coaster of a week and while I’ve been reading loads, I didn’t manage to finish anything (I shall explain in a moment). Things might get a little erratic here on the blog as Scottish Fiance and I get all of the planning wrapped up for our wedding (just over four weeks to go!) and chase down RSVPs, but try not to miss me too much!

Hello everyone! I've been teasing this for a little while, but the time has come! When my book twin Shanah from Bionic Book Worm came up with this readathon idea, I was so excited to take part.
It has been awhile since I did a weekly wrap up! The month of July was absolutely crazy and I relied scheduling posts weeks in advance -- I didn't have time to whip up these posts! Now life is back to normal, but still busy.
So this is incredibly short notice, but bear with me. I feel like life has been just so crazy lately that I haven’t really had the time to sit down with a book and relax. I’ve really missed my leisurely reading time! So, what to do about this? Fortunately my realisations come at a very convenient time. Easter falls during this coming weekend, and I have no plans. Why not do a mini readathon?
Hello wonderful readers! If you’ve been reading my blog at all, you know that I have a problem. That problem is one that many of us readers have. I own a lot of books. A lot of books. So many books that I haven’t read half of the books in my flat. I haven’t read one third of the books in my flat. If I’m honest, I’m probably hovering around 20%. How sad is that?
