The Diviners is a book that has been on my radar for absolute ages. It was brought to my attention again thanks to the book blogging community, and I’m so glad I picked it up. It is a difficult one to rate, though. I really loved it -- seriously, it has been one of my most enjoyable reading experiences I’ve had in a long time -- but I don’t think it’s a perfect book. In fact, I feel like there’s a lot of room for improvement.

ARC Review: The Thousandth Floor by Katharine McGee
I’m going to start off by saying that I’ve never read or watched Gossip Girl. Shocking, I know. Why do I mention this? The Thousandth Floor has been heavily promoted as 'Gossip Girl in the 22nd century'. I can go in for some fun drama if it’s well done, so I decided to pick this up. I have a lot of mixed feelings about The Thousandth Floor, as you can probably see from my rating, but I do think that this all comes down to taste.

A Love Letter to Libraries
I've always had a close relationship with my local libraries. My mum and dad used to take my sister and me to our nearby Pasadena library branch, where we'd take our more books than our little arms could carry.
