Book Review: The Last Smile in Sunder City by Luke Arnold

I’m not familiar with Luke Arnold’s acting career, however I was still intrigued by his debut novel, The Last Smile in Sunder City. I had heard good things about it and was incredibly curious to try it for myself. Weekly Wrap-Up: 24 January 2020

Happy Friday, everyone! I skipped last week's wrap-up (oops), but am back to catch you up on all the bookish things that have happened this week. Thanks to the Off the Grid readathon, I actually managed to finish a bunch of books and I am feeling confident in my ARC reading!

Book Review: Starsight by Brandon Sanderson

Skyward was one of my favourite books of 2018 from one of my favourite authors. Brandon Sanderson never fails to write an engaging and exciting book, and his shift from adult fantasy into YA science fiction was an absolute delight. Naturally, I was beyond excited to read the sequel, Starsight. While I really enjoyed this second book, it did lack some of the charm of its predecessor.
